HEC DAAD EFFAL Scholarships 2024 Apply Now. The scholarship is for Pakistani Students belonging to socio economic marginalized group. The Higher Education of Pakistan calls for applications from deserving yet talented Pakistani undergraduate students currently enrolled in the following five selected public sector universities for the German Academic Exchange Service’s (DAAD) fully funded scholarships in the academic year 2024.
The scholarship program is funded by the DAAD with funds from the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development, Germany. It is open in all disciplines. Both males and females are highly encouraged to apply. The award of scholarship will be subjected to Provision of funds. The scholarship program covers tuition fee, living allowance, book allowance and hostel dues. This program is for those students who cannot afford to pay their fees due to financial reasons.

Eligibility Criteria
- Pakistani Nationality is a requirement for applicants.
- Completed four semesters of undergraduate program with minimum 2.7 cgpa.
- Selection is merit based including academic credentials and selection interviews.
- Any undergraduate program recognized by HEC must enroll the candidate.

- Copy of valid CNIC
- Copy of matric and intermediate certificates with DMCs
- Proof of enrollment in institute (Admission letter/Bonafide letter)
- Copy of four semesters transcript
- Two letters of recommendation from teachers
- Letter of motivation or personal statement
