HUBERT H HUMPHREY Fellowship Competition 2025 Apply Now. It is an opportunity for development in the USA. The United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan (USEFP), a bi-national commission, is pleased to announce the Hubert H Humphrey fellowship program.
This non degree program is designed for mid-career (five to fifteen years of relevant experience) professionals and consist of ten to twelve months of graduate level, non degree academic course work. It is a great opportunity for Pakistanis to live in USA in their relevant field. In addition to academic work, persons selected for this program are expected to share information about Pakistani life and culture with their US colleagues and community groups in United States. Successful candidates should be poised to assume leadership positions in their relevant fields.
The last date to apply is 24th April 2024. Applications from underserved communities and with diverse backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.

Eligibility Criteria
- High level fluency in spoken and written English
- Completed 16 years of education.
- Applicant must be a Pakistani citizen residing and working (throughout the fellowship process) in Pakistan.
- Minimum five years of work experience.
- Guarantee of re-employment upon return to Pakistan
Requirements
