KOICA Scholarship Program Korea 2024 Apply Now. The KOICA scholarship program is designed to train key leaders in partner countries to contribute to the socio-economic development of their home countries.
KOICA is offering twenty Master’s program and five doctorate program in 2024. The announcement is for fifteen programs. It is a fully funded scholarship. For Pakistani students, it is a great opportunity. Application guideline for ten more courses shall be provided during March. The application is period is by February 2024. Total ninety countries are targeted. The countries are selected by KOICA among the DAC list of ODA recipients.
The last date to apply is 28th February 2024.

Eligibility Criteria
- KOICA Master’s Degree Program
- Applicant should be a citizen of partner country.
- Officially recommended by the country’s government.
- Must have Bachelors Degree from recognized institution.
- Meeting the university’s selection criteria.
- KOICA Doctoral Degree’s
- Similar as for Masters program.
