POF Artisan Training Scheme New Jobs 2024. The Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF) has announced openings under the Artisan Training Scheme for 2024, offering training opportunities in Wah Cantt. The jobs are published today on 17th November 2024. Both males and females are eligible to apply. It is 150 Artisan for Batch No 56 (2nd Phase).
The total number of vacancies are one hundred an fifty. This program is open to Pakistani citizens aged 17-21 with at least a Matriculation in Science. The training spans 18 months and provides a monthly stipend ranging from 50% to 80% of BPS-5 salary during the program. Successful trainees may be offered employment with POF, subject to signing a six-year service bond.

- Ex artisans who were terminated on disciplinary grounds are ineligible to apply
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview through SMS.
- After successful completion training candidates will be offered job letter.
- Fresh entrants after their selection as Artisan will submit their affidavit on stamp paper valuing hundred rupees duly signed by his or her surety to complete his or her training satisfactorily.
- In case of leaving job the candidate has to refund the money spent on them during training and refund fifty thousand as penalty.
